Full Home Staging

This includes each room in its entirety. Furniture such as sofas, upholstered chairs, side tables, art, lamps, rugs and accessories. Indoor and outdoor available to accentuate the areas that will best market the property. This all begins with a walk through to determine which rooms are critical to stage and work from there. An estimate is created followed by an invoice. Once approved and then locked in to the schedule. Staging comes last prior to professional photography.

Partial Home Staging

This could entail several scenarios including but not limited to: Staging certain rooms in their entirety. Adding items to existing furnishings that the home owner doesn’t have or need to update. Art and accessories package.

Consultation

Includes a complete walk through the property educating the realtor and homeowner on what needs to be accomplished prior to photography. This custom service is tailored to each home and is never the same. This process takes about an hour and the client is provided an immediate e-mail with the walk through report.

Redesign

I would love to come in to your home and help you make that old room new again. It’s amazing what you can do with what you already have! My unbiased view on your home and “stuff” will help to create a brand-new look that is both functional and fresh. This may inspire you to get a few new accessories (which I can also help with), or clean house and be rid of what you don’t use anymore. Either way, this is an inexpensive way to give your house a face lift! I don’t know how many times have I heard, “I would never have thought of putting that there!”
